🕐Pomodoro Time Management Technique🕐
Have you heard about the Pomodoro Time Management technique? If you feel like you want to increase your efficiency and make more time for work, education and relaxation, maybe that’s something to try out!
💡How it works:
It’s difficult to keep a high level of concentration for a long time. Studies say that we can concentrate for no longer than 90 minutes before needing a 15-minute break!⭐️What the Pomodoro technique does is, it optimizes these time periods!
🙏Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros. After about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 15 to 20 minutes.
The idea behind the technique is that the timer instills a sense of urgency. You are hence pushed to get as much done as you can in 25 minutes AND get a break to follow, which tackles the typical “burn out” feeling at the end of the work day!🔥🔥
