To educate or to be educated - where is the balance

DISCIPLINA is revolutionizing education and recruiting. Our mission is to create a universal blockchain that allows maintaining a single register of a person’s skills and performance to generate his score.
 
Our platform was created for several groups of users simultaneously since they exist in close connection with each other in the real world, and the level of capabilities and development of one group affects the abilities and development of another. There are three groups: students, educational institutions/teachers, and recruiters.
 
Our project has several goals:
 
1) create educational and employment opportunities for students;
2) create opportunities for educational institutions to store verified student data and monetize it;
3) create conditions for recruiters to search for employees effectively.
 
We find a balance in meeting the needs of all user groups. A student needs to get a quality education, appropriate qualifications, and experience to get a dream job. The educational institution should get new instruments and monetization models as well as an instrument to verify academical tracks of their students and graduates.

DISCIPLINA has combined these interests in one platform and provided practical tools for education and work, which have no analogs on the market!
