🚩Exploring Disciplina’s Multi-chain Capabilities — Can We Use Cardano?
As you may already know, we at Disciplina are all about taking our multi-chain capabilities to the next level, but what and when exactly are we talking, and can we use Cardano? Let’s take a look!
As the first ever blockchain to create verified personal profiles based on academic and professional achievements, our current technical goals are:
đź’ĄTo transfer the existing Disciplina infrastructure from the custom public chain to the established and well-adopted public chain(s) to provide all market participants with easier onboarding opportunities
đź’ĄTo abstract the off-chain functionality (of submitting and validating proofs) from the particular blockchain platform to be able to first launch Disciplina on the established smart contract platform (ETH/BSC) first and extend to Cardano later
đź’ĄTo repurpose the existing Disciplina infrastructure to a new vision for Disciplina (aiming at lots of small educators)
The answer to using Cardano is YES, but given its currently poor documentation and tooling, we see our bridge to them coming at a later stage of the year.
